HI'm trying to use a feature but it is grayed out. How can I use it?
ProdTrack has a very robust security module that is nested within the application. Talk to your system administrator first about gaining the proper access. Once access is granted, magic occurs and the feature is now clickable.
Can I request a feature that currently doesn't exist in ProdTrack?
ABSOLUTELY! If we didn't have open eyes and ears to the great ideas of the great users of our product, we wouldn't be in business today! Thanks for thinking outside the box! Who knows, we might even name the feature after you.
I keep getting an error when I try to download the ProdTrack demo videos?
Check with your system administrator to see if there are any restrictions on the networking side to prevent you from viewing our videos.
How do I update the software?
ProdTrack updates are handled by the system administrator. He/she will apply these updates during the late hours of the night while you are sleeping and no one is using the system. If there is a feature that is soon to be released that has you craving a version upgrade, sdk your system administrator the plans for the next version release.
